Thelbridge Parish Council is looking for a new Clerk and RFO. The position is for an average of 2 hours per week and will include at least 4 meetings per year,
The role entails the following duties.
- Administering paperwork: The clerk is responsible for all of the council's paperwork.
- Preparing meeting papers: The clerk ensures that meeting papers are prepared correctly and that the public is aware of meeting times.
- Implementing decisions: The clerk is responsible for implementing the council's decisions.
- Overseeing projects: The clerk oversees the implementation of projects.
- Keeping records: The clerk keeps property registers and other legal documents.
- Staying up to date: The clerk may stay up to date through training and qualification.
